Q. How can I get a quote?

A. Pricing can be obtained by adding your items to the cart and proceeding to checkout to determine what discounts apply for the final delivery price.

 

Q. Can I get a tracking number for delivery?

A. Unfortunately the courier service we use does not have the tracking facility available.

 

Q. Can I EFT payment instead of Credit Card

A. Yes you certainly can, just select BANK DEPOSIT in the checkout

 

Q. How can I get my tax invoice?

A. There is a tax invoice link in the emailed order confirmation located  just above the "view your order" button labelled as "Click here to download a PDF invoice for this order".

Q. Does the order include GST?

A. Yes it does. If it is not clearly identified on the tax invoice it is due to a technical issue we are trying to resolve. The final TOTAL (AUD) includes GST.
