Delivery Charges and Lead-times

DELIVERY CHARGES:

VIC,NSW,SA,QLD,ACT @ $29.50 inc/GST

TAS,WA,NT @ $70.50 inc/GST

DELIVERY LEAD-TIMES:

Delivery lead-times are provided for all products on each page.

They are an estimate of normal working days Monday to Friday, based on state metro locations and exclude weekends and Public Holidays and are not a guarantee of a delivery date.

Due to the nature of the courier industry and the impact of Covid we will make every effort to achieve the provided estimated delivery lead-times or the required date provided however there may be unforeseen delays. As such we ask that you allow a few additional days to the date we provide to combat any issues.

Delivery lead-times are from placement of the order assuming there is no information requiring clarification and on the basis of payment in full. Additional lead-time is required if not. 

Additional delivery may be added to those stated due to (But not limited to):

- Stock availability at time of order

- The location of the delivery

- The size of the product

- The size of the delivery

- The size of the order

- Custom or special quoted products

If you require a specific delivery date earlier than the delivery lead-time noted it is essential that you discuss this prior to placing the order and it is essential that the agreed date is noted on the order. 

Delivery times are generally 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only. If the delivery location has a specific opening or closing times it is essential that this is noted on the order. Failure to do so may delay delivery or cause the delivery to be taken back to the depot for re-delivery with no fixed date.

 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS:

We are not able to deliver direct to a building site or a PO BOX.
