Electrical products should be kept clean, dry and free from damage to ensure safe operation.

Do not use liquid sprays or cleaning agents directly on or near power rails, GPOs or electrical components. Cleaning should only be carried out using safe, dry methods. Do not insert objects into sockets or connectors, as this may damage the product and create safety risks.

If a product shows signs of damage, obstruction or is not operating correctly, it should be removed from use and replaced. This includes connectors, plugs and any modular softwiring components.

Softwiring products should always be used as intended and in good working condition. If you are unsure about the condition or safe use of a product, discontinue use and seek appropriate advice.
