Ordering Process | How to Place an Order

NEW ORDERS

Orders must be placed on line and paid in full prior to commencement of manufacturing and delivery.

All orders must be clear and concise including any relevant notes including agreed or required delivery dates. If the delivery date or lead-time is not agreed we will confirm our possible date and seek approval prior to proceeding. Manufacturing will not proceed until a mutually agreeable lead-time is confirmed.

CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Any changes to an order can only be made free of charge within 48hrs of placement of the order otherwise additional charges may apply. Any changes to custom made product must be made within 24hrs of placement of the order otherwise additional charges will apply. 

If the changes are complex, involved and details then the order will need to cancelled and re-entered with a new order.

 All changes may affect the delivery date.
